Important Points to Note:

  1. Transparency Guaranteed: We maintain complete transparency in our cancellation process.

  2. Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your tour for any reason, please provide a written application to the company within the specified time limit, along with the original receipt issued by Sky4Holiday. Cancellation charges will apply as per the schedule above.

  3. Calculation of Charges: The cancellation charges are calculated on the gross tour cost. The charges depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.

  4. Transport Ticket Cancellation: Any cancellation charges for transport tickets (e.g., flights, trains) will be as per the rules of the concerned authority.

  5. Refund Process: Any refund due to the guest will be processed after the company receives the refund from the respective authorities. Processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  6. Natural Calamities: In the event of natural calamities, no refund shall be applicable.

  7. Immigration Issues: If a guest is offloaded or stopped by the immigration department, preventing them from traveling, no refund shall be applicable.
